Sodium bicarbonate, commonly known as Baking Soda or Bi-Carb, is a versatile chemical compound with various practical applications. It is a white, crystalline powder with the chemical formula NaHCO3, consisting of Sodium ions (Na+), bicarbonate ions (HCO3-), and a water molecule.
